Delhi Public School Jorhat offers its students with safe transportation facilities from designated pick-up points within the Jorhat and Golaghat Districts. DPSJ has a fleet of buses that are equipped with enhanced safety features, like GPS tracking system, remotely accessible CCTV Cameras, fire extinguishers, and emergency exits. All school vehicles carry a First Aid Kit, updated regularly by the school Nurse.

All our vehicles are kept in perfect running condition, with each bus undergoing regular maintenance check-ups on a quarterly basis. The transportation department engages experienced drivers and conductors, who are equipped with mobile handsets for emergency communications. The school vehicles are also equipped with state-of-the-art speed governors, which limit the top speed of our vehicles, thereby ensuring our students’ safety.

While the overall functioning of this well-oiled machinery is overseen by the dedicated Transport In-Charge of the School, Teachers and Nannies are appointed for supervision on all vehicle routes.
